Who We Are
Severn Capital is a Singapore-headquartered private investment and strategic transactions platform operating across Asia and London capital markets.
The firm acts as principal, committing its own capital alongside selected partners, and is active across private investment, listed-company transactions and strategic advisory.
Severn is not marketed as a third-party fund. We engage selectively where there is direct principal commitment, trusted counterparties and a credible path to execution.
Our work spans healthcare and diagnostics, laboratory services, technology, selected real assets and public-market transactions. We bring cross-border relationships spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, London and key Asian markets, together with operational experience in the businesses and transactions we support.
